A combination of yoga asana, mental conditioning, breath work, and self-leadership tools, working 1:1 with me will provide the deeper connection you’re looking for to look closely at potential physical and energetic blockages.

These sessions allow for more personalized guidance and support to do potent self-explorative work. We will be able to refine your physical alignment and form, as well as work on specific aspects of your practice that cater to your unique goals. We can completely customize a schedule that works for you.
