My teaching style is intentional yet approachable, emphasizing presence, curiosity, and choice. While the practice can be physically engaging, it remains progressive and respectful of different bodies, energies, and levels of experience.
Variations are always offered, and the use of props such as blocks, blankets, and straps is encouraged. Classes also incorporate grounding exercises, guided meditation, and practices that support nervous system regulation and stress awareness.

ABOUT ME.
My approach uses body-based practices to support awareness, presence, and a more attuned relationship with your internal experience. By working with movement, breath, and attention, the practice invites you out of habitual thinking patterns and into direct embodied awareness.
With over 750 hours of certified training in yoga, meditation, pranayama, yin, and vinyasa, I’ve taught thousands of public classes, facilitated workshops, and hosted international retreats. My teaching integrates traditional yogic frameworks with modern somatic approaches, emphasizing breathwork, grounding, guided meditation, and practices that support nervous system regulation.
One of my signature offerings is Yoga for Visionaries, a comprehensive 200-hour yoga teacher training designed to support students in developing both personal practice and professional discernment. The ALIGN Method serves as the broader framework for my work, integrating embodiment, inquiry, and intentional action across all offerings.
Through the studio, my intention is to offer a steady, non-performative practice space — one that supports self-observation, integration, and choice. Rather than striving toward a particular outcome, the emphasis is on staying present with what arises and learning to respond with greater clarity over time.
