A private space to slow down, listen inward, and work with what’s actually present.
These one-on-one sessions are designed for those seeking a more personalized, embodied approach to movement, regulation, and self-inquiry. Together, we work with the body as an entry point—using movement, breath, and awareness to support clarity, steadiness, and alignment both on and off the mat.
Sessions may include a blend of yoga asana, breathwork, grounding practices, and reflective inquiry, tailored to your specific needs and intentions. Rather than pushing toward performance or productivity, we focus on restoring connection, refining awareness, and addressing patterns that may be showing up physically, emotionally, or energetically.
This is a space for deeper self-exploration, where we can:
refine physical alignment and form
work with tension, holding patterns, or fatigue
support nervous system regulation
explore what your body is communicating beneath the surface
Each session is fully customized, and together we can create a rhythm and structure that fits your life and supports sustainable change.
