Acknowledgment of Risks, Injury and Obligations.

Every form of exercise carries some degree of risk for injury. Audrey Gentile Inc. will rely on the fact that, by participating in any of our classes, courses, private sessions, or retreats you have consulted a physician or expert and take full responsibility for your health and physical conditions. 

Ability to Accept Terms of Service

You affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and are fully able and competent to enter into this agreement and conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this agreement, and to abide by and comply with this agreement.

Payment and Refund Policy

All payments on this website will direct you to Acuity and in accordance with the confirmed booking. Payments to courses and deposits to retreats are non-transferable and non-refundable. Class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.  There is a strict cancellation policy which requires a 24-hr notice to prevent a session from being deducted from your pass. Private session bundles are not-transferable and non-refundable and must be used within six (6) months. 

General

Audrey Gentile Inc. reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to review this agreement for any changes. Your use of the website following any amendment of this agreement will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.
