At the time, I assumed it was simply a practical step toward a corporate career. I eventually landed the job I thought I was supposed to want — and felt deeply unfulfilled. The pace, values, and definition of “success” I was handed didn’t reflect how I experienced myself or the world. Leaving the corporate environment opened a period of experimentation and self-inquiry. I spent time in the culinary arts, drawn to slow food, craft, and the belief that care and presence mattered. That curiosity eventually led me into yoga — a practice that would become a central part of my life for many years. I immersed myself in over 750 hours of yoga teacher training internationally, including Prana Vinyasa™, influenced by teachers such as Shiva Rea and Maria Garre. Over time, I taught thousands of public classes, developed teacher trainings, hosted international retreats, facilitated workshops, and worked with diverse groups of students. The work was meaningful, embodied, and deeply relational. And still, something felt unfinished. That curiosity eventually drew me into deeper personal development and study. I sought mentorship, invested in my own learning, and began examining not only how people move and practice — but how they relate to themselves, their choices, and their lives. Today, I work with individuals and groups through movement, meditation, and inquiry, supporting the development of somatic self-leadership — the capacity to listen to the body, regulate the nervous system, and act with greater clarity and responsibility. My work integrates embodied practice with psychologically informed reflection, and continues to evolve alongside my formal clinical training. Living in alignment has not meant arriving at a fixed identity or destination. It has meant learning to stay in relationship with myself — even through uncertainty — and letting that relationship guide my decisions over time.
