In addition to classes, workshops and retreats, Audrey offers private yoga lessons. These sessions are suitable for those just beginning their yoga journey, those returning to yoga post-natal, surgery or injury, or more advanced yogis working to take their practice to the next level. Young or old, these sessions may be used as a supplement to group classes, or on their own as a primary avenue of practice.
The essence of Audrey’s main approach, Vinyasa yoga, is that it is designed and adapted to the unique needs of each individual student. Private yoga classes are about more than just stretching – there is an element of counselling, nurturing and one-on-one attention.
Prior to your first private session, you will complete a complimentary over the phone initial assessment and be required to fill out a waiver form.
